Ombudsfin ASBL’s articles of association establish the following bodies, which contribute to the proper functioning of Ombudsfin:

• The General Meeting
• The Administrative Body
• The Supervisory Board
• The Ombudsman

Ombudsfin also has a College of Experts. The experts are appointed by the Administrative Body. The Ombudsman may bring a given case before the College of Experts.

The College of Experts is composed of the following members: Reinhard Steennot (chairman), Mark Delanote, Philippe D’Haen, Piet François, Alain Guigui, Erik Van den Haute and Johan Vannerom.
